In my opinion, the hardest part about being a Canadian golfer is the length of our off season. Personally, I feel like I’m playing by best golf in August and September, only to be shut down for the winter, in hopes of returning in April right where I left off. Well this never happens. It seems to take two or three months to get back to where we left off at the end of the previous season.

FITNESS / NUTRITION TIPS:
Focus on core strength and flexibility. Yoga or Pilates are great for muscle elongation. Drink lots of water during your round and plan for easily digestible snacks frequently.
